A YEARLY ARCHIVE OF THE MAGAZINE

Founded in RPW on March 16, 2024 by Cluaidh Vuong and his two friends Frances Ha and Andy Abernathy with the hope of providing a platform for accessible publishing.

On March 22, 2024 Archivenal began searching for new members as their writers for the hoof. The image was posted two days before the event.

The contributors of the debut issue on April with a central theme: Reflections.

Initial release of the debut issue, which has gathered 100+ readers on its release at fliphtml dated on April 1, 2024.

On April 30, 2024, Archivenal announced another set of contributors for the second issue: Hunger.

The second launching of issue two: Hunger in May 3, 2024. The event was handled by Frances Ha, the former poetry editor of Archivenal.

Hunger was heightened state of longing. This was the notable issue of Archivenal. Its release on RPW reached 300+ readers with maximum of 2 hours on the press site. Read it here.
On May 24, 2024, Archivenal went on a two months hiatus due to technical issues that made them unable to compile the magazine. The third issue: Outcry for June was cancelled.

The initial comeback of Archivenal in RPW was on September 15, 2024 where they announced the date of the release for the issue three: Nostalgia.

When the past editors, Frances Ha and Andy Abernathy departed for such reasons, the launch of the third issue was the way to introduce the new editor, Vermeil Rouvenstein.

A souvenir received by the guests that night as a token of appreciation: printable bookmark.

Reading is one of the way to develop one's will to write. Sent through messages, the guests that night received another souvenir to keep: two e-books.
On September 15, 2024, the third issue: Nostalgia was published. This was the last issue Archivenal has published in RPW and finally shutdown its platform. Read the issue, here.

Archivenal gathered votes from their writers, readers, and editors. Two days later, the top three notable pieces from the issue was announced to the public. They were celebrated.
