About
WHO WE ARE
Archivenal is an independent nonprofit digital/online literary magazine for and from RPW writers. The magazine focuses on publishing poetry, essays, short stories written in English or Filipino language with the aim of creating a platform for contemporary young writers to stake out. We were interested in RPW writers that dare themselves to be a published writer.
Funfact: Archivenal is a combination of the two word: "Archive" and "Journal."
MISSION
MASTHEAD
As this literary magazine has been founded, its shining hope is to provide a space for young writers to share their most diverse and lived experiences through writing. We hope to encourage them to embrace their unique voices by tell their stories or sharing their poetry boldly, and connect with others who share their passion for words.
Through this platform, Archivenal aim to break these barriers by offering an opportunity for every aspiring young Filipino writer to be seen and heard, regardless of their background or resources. And through magazine, we strive to publishing issues focused on one central theme that will inspire, provoke, and resonate with our reader.
Our team is made up of young Filipino RPW writers who are passionate about creating pieces for themselves and for you. They value the power of words, originality, and the boundless human imagination. Many have joined writing events, and some are studying related courses. Above all, they are dedicated to the craft of writing, which we aim to celebrate through our mission.
